GB/T 27021 Revision Meeting Held

China National Accreditation Service for Conformity Assessment (CNAS) takes the lead to hold the revision meeting of GB/T 27021 Conformity assessment —Requirements for bodies providing audit and certification of management systems the other day.
On June 15, 2015, International Organization for Standardization (ISO) issued “ISO/IEC 17021-1:2015” to replace “ISO/IEC 17021:2011”. Therefore, GB/T 27021--the national standard, which is identical to ISO/IEC 17021 must be revised according to the up-to-date ISO/IEC 17021-1.
Entrusted by the Standardization Administration of P.R.China (SAC/TC261), CNAS convenes the experts from Certification and Accreditation Administration of P.R.China (CNCA), China Certification & Accreditation Association (CCAA) and some certification bodies to study and translate ISO/IEC 17021:2011 into ISO/IEC 17021-1:2015. The draft revision of translation of GB/T 27021 is formalized and it will be submitted to SAC/TC261 for comment.
