Kenya Accreditation Service (KENAS) Delegation Visited CNAS

Professor Marion Mutugi, Chairperson of KENAS Board, Mr. James Sakwa, member of KENAS Board, Mr. Sammy K. Milgo, Chief Executive Officer of KENAS, and Ms. Susanah Munyiri Ochieng, Deputy Director of KENAS visited CNAS on 20 Jun 2012. Mr. Xiao Jianhua, Chief Executive of CNAS, Dr. Song Guilan, Deputy Chief Executive of CNAS and other relevant CNAS staff met the delegation.

The purpose of KENAS’ visit was to learn management and operation experience from CNAS. CNAS staff provided KENAS delegation with a brief introduction of the topics that KENAS interested in and answered some questions that KENAS delegation put forward.

The meeting between CNAS and KENAS enhanced the friendship of the two accreditation bodies in China and Kenya and promoted the development of Accreditation in Africa.
