CNAS Hosted 2012 Cross-strait Accreditation Cooperation Symposium with TAF in Beijing

CNAS received the visit from Taiwan Accreditation Foundation (TAF) Delegation Group led by TAF Chief Executive Officer Mr. Nigel JOU and hosted 2012 Cross-strait Accreditation Cooperation Symposium with TAF in Beijing , on 26th March 2012.

CNAS Deputy Chief Executive Dr. SONG Guilan attended and addressed the Symposium. Mr. MA Kexian, Director of International Cooperation Department, Mr. LIU Lixin, Director of Accreditation Department One, Ms. ZHANG Mingxia, Director of Accreditation Department Two, Mr. TANG Danzhou, Director of Accreditation Department Three, Mr. ZHAI Peijun, Director of Accreditation Department Four, Mr. HAN Jingcheng, Deputy Director of Accreditation Department Five and relevant staff from International Cooperation Department also participated in the reception and the Symposium.

During the Symposium, the two sides exchanged thoughts and reached a consensus on the Overall Program Draft as well as each specific co-project of the 2012 Cross-strait Accreditation Cooperation, and agreed to form a final “2012 Cross-strait Accreditation Cooperation Program” initially drafted by CNAS and double-confirmed with TAF. This laid a solid foundation for 2012 Cross-strait Accreditation Cooperation between CNAS and TAF.
